Elisa

Founder

Elisa’s life-long mission is to help dogs be better understood by humans. Growing up in the South of Brazil on a farm, she learned from her grandmother how to care for and tend to all animals. Between the ages of 9 to 17, she was working with horses on a competitive level as a show jumper. During this time, her respect and admiration for these majestic creatures deepened and strengthened as she learned about animal communication and the importance of having calm energy when handling them. At 19 years old, she made a huge leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles. However, it didn’t truly feel like home without being around animals and nature. That’s when the opportunity to work with dogs manifested itself, and since that day, Elisa has spent almost 20 years learning from the dogs themselves. Elisa is a certified dog trainer and her balanced approach to training uses a variety of tools and methods inspired and mentored by world-renowned dog behaviorists. Today, Elisa is a passionate dog advocate, who leads our team of pack leaders, using her methodologies, based on the understanding that every dog has individual needs, personalities, and limitations.

Kayla

 Dog Trainer

Kayla grew up with dogs at home and early on had a passion for learning the way their brains work. Her first exposure to dog training was with a positive reinforcement-based trainer her family had for their first dog. Training had become the perfect crossroads for her love of animals and desire to help others around her. When Kayla isn’t training they love to hang out with their birds and work on various art projects. Whether in training or art, Kayla has a lifetime of experience finding creative solutions to various problems while finding ways to make it fun for both the people or dogs involved.

CONNER

 Dog Trainer

Ever since I was a kid I've always been passionate about animals. Training dogs specifically I especially love because the feeling of building a relationship with a dog and seeing them grow with you and see your efforts making a noticeable difference is a very fulfilling experience. As someone who enjoys change and experiencing new things, working with dogs is especially great as every dogs is different and I am constantly trying different things to see what works best for any specific dog as well as learning with every relationship I build.

Dog Trainer

I am a long time dog lover!  I enjoy training rescue dogs and especially fond of Pitbull breeds. I own 2 of them. When trained they make great dogs!  I continue to fine tune my skills at socializing dogs in large groups. Reading the dog’s energy is an art form and the key to dogs having a positive experience with other dogs in a public setting.

Supervisor

Hello, my name is Rea. I have been apart of many different industries, however, after working and caring for dogs for the past 10 months, I know it is where I would love to continue to grow and learn how I could have a positive impact on their lives. I have two Pitbulls of my own Bronson (in picture) and Blue. I love spending my time with them going on hikes or taking them to the beach, they also love being couch potatoes with me on lazy days watching movies. I also love to read books.   I’m excited for my journey with All Dogs Society and any opportunity I have to learn and grow.

Hi! My name is Daisy. Growing up I always had a passion for dogs and taking care of strays. At a young age I have helped countless homeless dogs find their forever homes and rescued strays off the streets. I am currently on my career path to be a veterinarian. My dream is to become a veterinarian and eventually have my own dog rescue to help shelter and stray dogs friend their forever homes. One of my hobbies is off roading and dirt bike riding. Over quarantine this was a hobbies I picked up and had been my favorite hobby ever since.  I have 6 furry babies of my own. Each of my dogs are dogs that I rescued and have been with me my whole life. I have worked with furry friends my whole life.

Hello my name is Nathalie.

I’ve always loved and cared for dogs so working with them came so natural to me. I love working with every kind of dog & building a bond with each of them. I’ve worked in the dog industry for over 6 years and I’ve done everything from cleaning kennels to managing a daycare & boarding facility. I’ve learned so much in those years and I’m excited to keep on learning. I’m looking forward to learn alongside the trainers here at ADS to help families have a well behaved family member.

I believe my love for animals came for past lives. Ever since I moved to the USA I wanted to work with animals and for my luck, ADS was hiring. Perfect way to give love to pups since my pet stayed in Brazil with my family. Here I learned individually how to take care of each pup and their specific needs. Being around animals make our lives much easier.

Mece

Kennel Attendant

Hello! My name is Mece, long time animal lover and educator! As a child, rescuing any and every animal that crossed my path has been my mission. Early on I volunteered at Pet Smart and other organizations feeding, cleaning, walking and just caring for felines and canines. Additionally, I've been a dog walker and sitter for my neighborhood and community. Upon completing my undergraduate degree I realized I wanted to make more of a difference for the pets and animals in my community so I enrolled in the Humane Law Enforcement Academy. There I studied animal law and proper procedures on how to care for and treat all animals. My passion lies in the protection and education of pets and all animals and the people who love and care for them. I personally have a 4 year old terrier mix named Leo! We are definitely attached at the hip and I have learned so many new and exciting ways to improve my pet parenting for him. I love talking to our amazing clients so that they can share in the same experience, tools and and tips we practice everyday to become well rounded, educated parents to the dogs we all love.

                  Brooke

Kennel Attendant

My experience with dogs begins from a very early age. Growing up, I've always had at least one dog in my home, so I've never really known life without dogs. I imagine this is what has led to my passion for working with them, and wanting to provide them with the best care possible as they have always been family to me. I love everything about them whether it's grooming, training or just being around them. My professional experience started with my volunteering at a local animal shelter which further fueled my desire to become a kennel attendant. In my spare time, I enjoy going on long walks and hikes with my 2 dogs Ekko and Nasus. We also like to cuddle up on the couch for movie nights."

“I’ve loved dogs my whole life! Most of my career has been spent working with dogs and other pets, from pet sitting to running an all-natural pet food store. But driving the shuttle for ADS and getting to know our clients has been my greatest joy. There’s no happiness quite like a dog on their way to camp! My own dog Davey rides along every day to greet all his friends as they board the bus. It’s just the best.”
